PROPKEE Content Policy

Effective Date: June 17, 2025

1. Purpose

This Content Policy defines what types of content are allowed or prohibited on the PROPKEE platform. Our goal is to maintain a safe, transparent, and high-quality environment for all users — including buyers, sellers, agents, and developers.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all content submitted, uploaded, or distributed via the PROPKEE mobile application, including but not limited to:

  • Property reels, videos, and photographs
  • Listing descriptions, titles, and specifications
  • Captions, hashtags, categories, and tags
  • Seller profiles, bios, and "Key No." branding pages
  • Comments, messages, or other interactive user content

3. Permissible Content

  • ✅Property-Focused Media

    Clear, truthful visuals of properties, including exterior/interior views, surrounding areas, and amenities.
  • ✅ Factual Property Descriptions

    Accurate, current data including location, pricing, area, specifications, legal status, and verified developer/agent details.
  • ✅ Licensed Marketing Material

    Promotional or branded visuals created by sellers who own or have the right to use such materials.
  • ✅ Informational and Educational Content

    Content that provides guidance to users (e.g., walkthroughs, investment tips) must be accurate, legally compliant, and not misleading.

4. Prohibited Content

  • ❌ Legal Non-Compliance

    Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content and activities on PROPKEE comply with the laws, advertising standards, and licensing requirements of the country or jurisdiction in which they operate. PROPKEE reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts found in breach of local legal obligations.
  • ❌ False or Deceptive Claims

    Including but not limited to exaggerated pricing, misrepresented property size/location, or hiding known defects.
  • ❌ Illegal or Offensive Material

    Content involving violence, hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation, or any illegal subject matter.
  • ❌ Copyright-Infringing Material

    Unauthorized use of copyrighted audio, images, text, or branding. Background music must be cleared, licensed, or royalty-free.
  • ❌ Spam or Promotional Abuse

    Unrelated advertisements, bulk posting, or repetitive self-promotion not linked to property listings.
  • ❌ Privacy Violations

    Publishing personal contact details (emails, phone numbers) in public fields or media.
  • ❌ Bypassing Platform Rules

    Soliciting off-platform transactions or violating jurisdictional marketing rules.
  • ❌ Misleading Financial Claims

    Including terms like "guaranteed returns" or other unverifiable investment promises.
  • ❌ Bot or Automation Abuse

    Automated or bulk uploading to manipulate views, discovery, or platform metrics.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

All content from sellers is subject to admin moderation prior to being published.

Outcomes:

  • Approved: Content becomes publicly visible.
  • Rejected: Feedback is sent; user may revise and resubmit.

Violation Tiers:

  • First Minor Violation: Warning + educational reminder
  • Second Violation: USD $1,000 fine
  • Third Violation: 30-day suspension and/or USD $5,000 fine (at company's discretion)
  • Severe Violations (e.g., illegal content): Immediate suspension and potential legal action

7. Legal Compliance & Law Enforcement Requests

  • PROPKEE complies with lawful requests from regulators, courts, and law enforcement authorities, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal company policy.
  • Uploaders and sellers are responsible for ensuring their content is compliant with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including real estate marketing and disclosure regulations.

8. Reporting Mechanism

  • Any user may report content through the "Report Content" option in the footer of our website or can send us an email to talktous@propkee.com with the relevant details.
  • Reported content is reviewed within 48 hours.
  • Abuse of the reporting system (e.g., false or malicious reports) may result in disciplinary action.

9. Appeals & Resubmissions

Sellers may appeal moderation decisions via the seller portal within 7 days.
Admin will review and respond within 72 hours.
Revised (corrected) content will re-enter the moderation queue.

10. Privacy & Legal Compliance

All user-generated content must comply with privacy laws and platform rules:

  • Personal data (e.g., ID cards, phone numbers) must be redacted or removed
  • PROPKEE KYC or badges do not imply endorsement or vetting
  • Copyright and privacy concerns will be taken seriously and enforced

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Content Policy at any time. Material updates will be communicated via in-app notices or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
