By accessing or using the PROPKEE mobile application and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using PROPKEE, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
PROPKEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is suspected of fraud, impersonation, or misuse.
You may browse property reels, view listings, and express interest. You agree not to engage in abusive, deceptive, or unlawful conduct on the Platform.
You may upload video reels, create property listings, and receive buyer leads. You are fully responsible for:
PROPKEE may suspend or remove listings that are misleading, violate laws, or breach these Terms.
Where a Seller or organization creates or manages accounts on behalf of its employees, agents, or affiliates, such Seller represents and warrants that it has obtained proper authorization and consent from those individuals.
To activate a seller account, a one-time fee of USD $1 applies. Additional charges may be introduced for premium tools or promotional features, and will be clearly disclosed.
All payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. PROPKEE is not liable for errors or breaches by these providers. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
You retain ownership of any content (e.g., reels, property information) you upload. However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant PROPKEE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to host, display, distribute, promote, and use your content for platform operations, marketing, and partnerships.
PROPKEE may remove or restrict content that violates legal standards or platform policies.

PROPKEE provides a digital property discovery and lead generation service. We do not act as a real estate broker, agent, financial advisor, or party to any transaction between users.
All property interactions and negotiations are conducted independently and at your own risk. The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROPKEE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROPKEE, its affiliates, directors, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
PROPKEE may update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
PROPKEE may suspend or terminate your access at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful or illegal.
You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal action.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable and in full effect.
