1. Primary Data Sources

PROPKEE creates and displays certain unclaimed profiles of real estate developers and real estate agencies using publicly available information obtained from official and publicly accessible sources.

Official Government Data

PROPKEE uses data published by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) through official government channels and publicly accessible datasets relating to licensed real estate entities in Dubai.

This data is made publicly available by the Dubai Government for transparency, regulatory disclosure, and informational purposes. PROPKEE accesses and displays such data in accordance with applicable laws and open data usage requirements.

2. Supplementary Public Information

In addition to official government data, PROPKEE may supplement unclaimed profiles using publicly available information sourced from:

• Official websites of developers and real estate agencies
• Public business directories and listings
• Publicly published branding or contact information made available by the organization itself

PROPKEE does not access, collect, or use private, confidential, or restricted data when creating or displaying unclaimed profiles.

3. Data Licensing & Attribution

Government-published data used by PROPKEE, including publicly available datasets published by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), is subject to applicable open data terms and conditions issued by the relevant authority.

Such data is made available under the Dubai Open Data Licence, as published via the Dubai Pulse Open Data Portal, which governs open datasets released by Dubai Government entities, including the Dubai Land Department.

Where required, PROPKEE:

• Provides appropriate attribution to the Dubai Government
• Does not imply any official endorsement, affiliation, or approval
• Uses the data in a lawful, non-misleading, and transparent manner

PROPKEE complies with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates when accessing, processing, and displaying publicly available data.

4. Unclaimed Profiles – Important Explanation

Unclaimed profiles on PROPKEE:

• Are created using publicly available, non-confidential information
• Represent organizations that have not yet claimed or verified their profile on the platform
• Are displayed for informational, discovery, and business engagement purposes
• Unclaimed profiles may be indexed by search engines or appear in public search results, subject to platform configuration and applicable laws.

The presence of an unclaimed profile does not mean that:

• The organization is active on PROPKEE
• The organization has endorsed or approved the profile
• The organization has a commercial or contractual relationship with PROPKEE

PROPKEE may also use publicly available business contact information associated with unclaimed profiles to communicate with organizations regarding platform features, profile verification, or commercial offerings, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Organizational Information Only

Unclaimed profiles displayed on PROPKEE relate solely to business entities, such as real estate developers and real estate agencies.

Any contact information displayed is limited to publicly available, business-related contact details and does not represent private or personal information of individuals.

6. Claiming, Correction, or Opt-Out Requests

(Profile Actions & Verification Process)

Authorized representatives of organizations listed on PROPKEE as unclaimed profiles may take the following actions:

• Claim an unclaimed profile
• Request corrections to publicly displayed business information
• Request opt-out or removal of the unclaimed profile

To initiate any of the above actions, the authorized representative must click the “Claim This Profile” button available on the relevant unclaimed profile and submit the required basic verification details.

After submission, PROPKEE will contact the requester to complete additional identity and authority verification before processing the claim, correction or opt-out request.

Alternatively, if an organization receives a communication or marketing email from PROPKEE, the authorized representative may reply directly to such communication to initiate the verification and claim process, subject to successful verification.

Upon successful verification:

• Claimed profiles may be granted access to platform features in accordance with applicable subscription terms
• Verified opt-out or removal requests will result in the profile being deactivated or removed from public view, in accordance with applicable laws

This process is designed to ensure accuracy, prevent unauthorized changes, and protect the rights of organizations represented on the Platform.

7. Independence & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

PROPKEE is an independent digital platform.

PROPKEE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected to:

• The Dubai Government
• The Dubai Land Department
• Any governmental authority, regulator, or public entity

All data presentation, categorization, profile structuring, and platform functionality are independently developed and operated by PROPKEE.

8. Accuracy, Completeness & Updates

PROPKEE makes reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date information; however, PROPKEE makes no guarantees regarding:

• Completeness or accuracy of publicly sourced data
• Timeliness of updates or corrections
• Continued validity of licensing, contact, or registration details

Public data may be subject to:

• Delays in government updates
• Corrections or revisions by the original data provider
• Changes made by the organization itself

Users are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.

9. No Representations or Warranties

All information displayed on PROPKEE, including unclaimed profiles and data sourced from publicly available records, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

PROPKEE makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. No Professional, Legal, or Commercial Advice

Information displayed on PROPKEE is provided solely for general informational and discovery purposes.

PROPKEE does not act as:

• A real estate broker or agent
• A legal advisor
• A financial or investment advisor
• A regulatory authority

Nothing on the platform constitutes professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PROPKEE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from:

• Use of publicly available data
• Inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information
• Reliance on information displayed on unclaimed profiles
• Actions or decisions taken based on such information
• Temporary unavailability, modification, or removal of profiles or data

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

12. Changes to Data Sources and Profile Availability

PROPKEE reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue:

• Any data source
• The display or availability of unclaimed profiles
• The structure or presentation of profile information

Such changes may be made at any time, without prior notice, for legal, regulatory, operational, or business reasons.
